Shipping

What shipping methods are avilable?

When checking out you'll be able to select what delivery options. You can either collect the order in the store or have the order delivered to your chosen location by your approved delivery partner

What are the delivery cost?

The delivery charges are calculated based on your location. This is displayed on the summary page before making the payment

How long does the delivery take after ordering?

The purchase made will be delivered within 4hrs if you make an order between 8am - 6pm, Monday to sunday. If you make a purchase after 10pm, Delivery will be done the following day

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is dispatched from the store, you'll be notified via Email. However you can also call 0746 777111

How do i place my order?

Create an Account
Select and add products to the cart
Select your location on the checkout page
Select your mode of payment
Receive your delivery within 3hrs

How do u fullfill my prescription?

Send a photo of your prescription to our whatsapp number 0746 777111, and speak to one of our pharmacists for verification and availability. Once your preferred store location is agreed and payment made via the till number provided, prescription will be dispensed for pick up at store or delivered to your nominated address

How can i return a product?

We do everything possible to make sure that you are completely satisfied with our products. Our authentication process ensures that the products delivered to you are of the highest quality. It’s the responsibility of the customer upon receiving the delivery to confirm the product ordered is correct and in good condition (including expiry date).

We may however provide a product replacement based on the below conditions only:

  • Product received is defective
  • Product received is not the one ordered
  • The received item is past its expiry date

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase due to any of the above, you can return the product for an exchange subject to the below conditions:

  • Items MUST be returned in their original packaging untampered and in an unused state
  • Valid original receipt which was contained inside your package must be availed
  • Items should be returned within 48 hours from the time of purchase

If the product to be returned does not meet the above conditions, we will be unable to offer an exchange.

Also, we will not be able to accept your return if:

  • You simply change your mind
  • You bought an item by mistake
